By commissioning me you agree to all of the following:
Payment
I use PayPal, venmo, or Ko-Fi to receive payments.
Service fees do incur & vary based on your chosen payment platform.
Paypal: 3.49% of total + 0.49 cents
Venmo: 1.9% of total + 0.10 cents
Kofi: 5% of total
Full payment upfront is the only way take payment. This is for my own safety and to deter scammers & theft. Thank you for respecting this!
Changes
I am absolutely willing to work with changes during the sketch phase. i want you to be happy with your art piece!
afterwards I will only do minor adjustments or fix errors on my end!
Deadlines
Depending on my workload, the turnaround time for standard projects should take no longer than 1 month
Generally the more complex your request, the more time I allow myself
By default all scene/ref pieces are “long term projects”. I allow myself up to 2 months for final delivery.
I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.
You may request a WIP at any time, but visiting my queue is the best way to check the status of your art. I update it daily.
I can work in a certain time frame for you if we discuss it. A rush fee may apply.
Usage
My artwork is for personal use only.
No commercial use of my artwork is allowed without prior discussion licensing. A 30-60% fee will apply depending on the situation.
I reserve the right to any of my artwork and can post it or use it as examples/portfolio work.
if you would like your commission to be private or anonymous, please let me know! I’m happy to accommodate these requests.
Refunds
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission.
If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund during the sketch phase, but beyond that payment is final.
If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
